2. Payments and Prepaid Credits

Vet Doctor AI uses prepaid credit packages purchased through one-time payments. Credit purchases do not automatically renew. Customers use credits for eligible premium AI features, and the number of credits required may vary by feature as shown on the website.

Current package information is intended to be: $5 — 2 credits; $10 — 6 credits; $20 — 16 credits; $29 — 50 credits; and $50 — 100 credits. Confirm these values against the live pricing page, checkout, and credit-allocation system before publishing. Package details shown at checkout should accurately reflect the purchase being made.

Payments and refunds may be handled by payment providers. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on our own servers. We may receive transaction information such as transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, date, refund status, and limited billing information.

14. Credit Purchases and Refunds

Credit packages are prepaid one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Refund eligibility, calculation, and processing are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Customers may request a refund by contacting support@aivetdoctor.com. Where a refund is calculated based on unused credits, credits already consumed may be excluded from the refundable amount, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–7 business days after review and approval. The time for funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Any applicable tax adjustments or payment-related deductions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the disclosed Refund Policy. Corresponding refunded credits may be removed from the account.
