These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vet Doctor AI website, AI-powered veterinary information tools, image-analysis features, applications, and related digital services available through https://www.aivetdoctor.com/ (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Vet Doctor AI

Vet Doctor AI is an AI-powered veterinary information and animal-health technology platform operated by AI Veterinary Solutions Limited.

The Services are designed to provide users with general veterinary information, educational resources, and automated AI-assisted analysis based on data submitted by the user.

Depending on the features available, the Services may include:

• AI veterinary information and chat assistance
• Symptom triage and preliminary health information
• Animal image and wound analysis
• Radiograph / X-ray image analysis screening
• ECG/EKG visual screening assistance
• Ultrasound image analysis screening
• Eye health and skin condition image analysis
• Parasite and insect visual identification
• Prescription and document layout analysis
• Digital pet health records and tracking tools

Note: Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. Live-veterinarian consultations and emergency veterinary services are not currently available.

2. AI Information Is Not Veterinary Diagnosis or Treatment

Vet Doctor AI utilizes artificial intelligence algorithms to process information provided by users.

AI-generated information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for:

• A physical examination by a licensed veterinarian
• Professional clinical diagnosis
• Veterinary medical treatment or prescriptions
• Emergency veterinary medical care

AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output. You should never rely solely on an AI-generated result when making decisions regarding an animal's health. Always consult a qualified, licensed veterinarian for clinical decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Vet Doctor AI does not guarantee that any AI-generated information, image analysis, identification, calculation, or recommendation will be:

• 100% accurate or complete
• Current or error-free
• Suitable or tailored for a specific animal's unique condition

The accuracy of AI analysis depends directly on the quality, lighting, angle, and completeness of the photos, documents, or symptom descriptions uploaded by the user.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase paid Services or credit packages on this platform. By using the Services, you represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

6. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date account details
• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities conducted through your account

7. User-Submitted Information

You may voluntarily submit animal health information (e.g., species, breed, age, weight, symptoms, photographs, and records). You represent that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to submit these materials and that information provided is not fraudulent or materially misleading.

8. Free and Premium Services

Vet Doctor AI offers both free information tools and premium AI analysis tools. Premium features require the redemption of prepaid diagnostic credits. We reserve the right to adjust, modify, or update available features as necessary.

9. Prepaid Credit Packages & Billing Terms

Vet Doctor AI operates strictly on a prepaid credit model. Users purchase credits via one-time payments to access premium AI diagnostic features.

• All credit packages are one-off, non-recurring purchases.
• There are no recurring monthly subscriptions, hidden fees, or automatic renewals.
• Purchased credits remain in your wallet balance until redeemed for eligible AI tools.

10. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway partners (including Airwallex). We do not store complete credit card numbers or payment security codes on our servers. Purchases are complete upon successful payment authorization and credit allocation to your account.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All original website content, branding, designs, algorithms, logos, and software belong to AI Veterinary Solutions Limited. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal or internal business informational purposes.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Veterinary Solutions Limited, its directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or reliance damages resulting from your use of or reliance on AI-generated health information or service interruptions.

15. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, legal action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent required, leaving the remaining provisions in full force. These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical Disclaimer, represent the complete agreement between you and Vet Doctor AI.
